Newman ndabazinhle the taxify driver

I took taxify from my place to mall of Africa immideately when I got it I asked the driver to take my route instead of the GPS because it will be far, the driver hailed insults at me saying Im too broke to take taxify why am I directing and why am I using card payment, he continued following the GPS and dropped me in the middle of nowhere, imagine I had to pay him. Tried reporting via the app, taxify Facebook account and email but no one is responding
