Never going to use taxify again.

I had 3 trips on the 27th of February 2018. I was unaware of taxify deducting money from my account because I was paying the drivers cash. Only to find out days later I was paying double for one trip. I wrote an email to taxify I was never rep****. I was sent all the trips via email when I checked my banking statement it was all true. I dont know if the drivers should be so dishonest or we as clients should be more vigilant.iam even deactivating my account, Iam so dissapointed.
