Negligent Driver: Mandlakayise

I incurred an injury due to the driver’s negligence. I went out of the car to get something at the shop and when I came back, the driver had parked next to a hole which I could not see due to the shade of the car and it was at night and thus fell into it. I asked him if he didn’t see it but he said he saw it and said nothing further. I sustained injuries on my left knee and right mid thigh, and my phone’s screen also broke due to falling into that deep hole. I reported to Taxify but their silence is so loud! I am so annoyed by such poor customer service. It’s like they’re not even concerned ????.
