My code sharing is blocked?????!!!!

Hello All, Ive been sharing this bad review because inbeknownst to me, Bolt/Taxify has blocked my code sharing capabilities with my friends. I have been using Bolt since its inception. Though the service from Bolt drivers have been amazing im sad to say that when I contacted supported about them blocking me sharing my code with my friends, I was left with a terrible answer about code abuse, instead of Bolt addressing the problem. I have just transformed from a happy customer to a very unhappy one. I use Bolt because it's cheaper, but I will never use their services again. Im sure they are more than happy to see me leave, this just shows that their robotic responses and total lack of customer service is entirely the reason why customer service in South Africa is non-existent This may fall on deaf ears but I hope someone else may find a lesson in this and write to the Consumer Protection Act in order to put these services that take, our hard earned money, for granted. My rant is over, as is my tenure with taxify... I will just in future use Lyft or Uber...albeit far more expensive.
