Money ****** by driver

I used the Bolt/Taxify service in Port Elizabeth this morning. I was quoted R138 on the app for my journey. During the journey, my driver (Marlon Lance) informed me that his "boss" prefers cash payment. I had selected the card payment option when booking my trip. At my destination, I paid cash as requested and then, 10 minutes after tge driver left, my account was debited with R198. Marlon had promised to reverse - IF my account got debited.

I want my refund!!!
