Money *****ing Taxify

I am extremely up set...I requested a rider and I was charged R80 on arrival of the driver Nd still charged me additional money for the trip, and today I requested again Nd they charged me again another 80 on arrival of the driver. Im so upset, with this ********** activity, I urge people not to use your card when requesting if you still value your money
