Missing phone

On the 2022/12/06 I requested Bolt from Pritchard and Polly, King George and Plein to 43 Sivewright avenue around 19:09 pm, it was a Nissan Almera registration number HW86NKGP and I was sitting in the front seat. When I reached my destination the driver came out of the car came to the passenger seat where I was seated and when I asked what's wrong he said he was trying to fix something by the door. To my realization soon as the car took off I had left my phone in the car tried to contact the driver to no availability and I also reported it to Bolt support but I did not get my phone back he kept on ignoring the phone until I then decided to call my number it kept on ringing all the time until it was then switched off.
