Missary caused by a ***** driver of taxify

On the 22nd of December 2018 my family and I went to do Christmas shopping in somerset mall. Once we were done we requested taxify. Our driver was a guy named Bashir. He dropped us in our home but we mistakenly forgot a camp chair that we bought for my father inlaw as a Christmas gift. We tried to call the driver, but no answer. We did that for full 2 weeks. I wrote on taxify's app. They replyed saying they will block the driver so that he will have no choice but to go to the offices and they will ask him about the camp chair. After two weeks the driver went to their offices with the camp chair. They told me the camp chair is at their offices I can pick it up. They gave me the address. I asked them can the chair be delivered at my work address cos their offices are far and I'll have to spend a lot of money to go there and to return back to my work. They said unfortunately they can't deliver it. Their offices are in a area that's far from all sorts of public transport. So today I asked to leave work early so that I can go. I had to request taxify that costed me R89. 00. When I got to the offices around 16:00they were closed at 14:00. They never told me their trading hours and I had to request another taxify to go back. From there to my home it was R240 and I didn't have any money left. I had to request the taxify to the nearest rain or bus station. When I got there there was no Taxis. I had to wait there for an hour to get a taxi. I felt like crying as all I did was to make my family's life easy by requesting taxify but I didn't know I was requesting stress. I've wasted a lot of time and money on this coz it's now over a month without my camp chair. I regret the day I created an account with Taxify. If anyone can help I will be forever be greatful.
