Maltreatment

I am a registered driver with bolt for over a year now and these people only care about the passengers more than the drivers, number 1 we get rated ******* they just take our rating down without telling us what we have done wrong so how do we improve? Some people wanna be misbehaving in the car e.g they put their feet on the seats or dashboard or drink in my own car n wen u correct them they tell u its taxify's car. I don't know if it's bolt feeding people that lie. So they get angry n give a bad rating for not wanting to be corrected. They just switch on the air cons or take my music volume very high or just plug their phones. One thing they forget is that they are only paying to be taken from one place to another the rest are benefits wen n if I decide to allow... I was just passing by now here is the real problem. Wen their clients forget things in our cars, for example a phone, wallet or anything at all, they report it n bolt will call us immediately n say return the thing to the client as if the client has proof that they lost it in my car. Okay sharp. When we get ****** or ****** from by the same clients we report n they respond after a week. I was on a trip that wen the guy needed to pay me R2000 he took out a gun n take my money which was R750 n my phone plus he didn't pay for the trip. I communicated with bolt they told me I must be rest assured that the client is dealt with. Then I received a call after 3 weeks that taxify wants to reimburse or compensate me for me loss and traumatic experience but in order for them to pay me I must open a case at the police station and send my case number with the name of the investigating officer. Then I did that then another rebel from bolt emailed me n say there is no compensation that bolt will do then I realized that they only care about their own asses . Wena as a driver u can die as long as they are getting their commission n mind you for the trip that I was ****** for they still took their commission and denied that they did like I'm not stupid. If I have 500 on my account n after a trip I now have 100 it only means one thing. They took it. So my advise to people who wanna join this stupid thing. Don't do it, go to school n get a job or start a different business. Not this one... They are selfish n don't care about anyone but themselves. Leave us who are already in to just work atleast now there is In-Driver so there we make money and we are surviving. I wish it can take over.
