Made to pay even when I got a discount

I should express that I am disappointed in the Taxify drivers as well as the management. I received a 100% discount on my ride, the driver just charged me for that amount and I had to pay because I don't want to get assaulted for nothing. I wrote an email to complain immediately after the incident, which happened on Monday morning by the way. Still today I haven't heard a word from the Taxify management. I even wrote my complaint in the review but nothing. do you guys even read the reviews we write? do you take the complaints we bring to you seriously? do you even care for us as commuters? I am very very disappointed in you and in your services.
