Lost wallet not returned by a Taxify driver

This morning I took a cab from town to Goodwood driven by Liberty Dzivakwe. My girlfriend forgot her wallet in the back sit after calling the driver several times while making excuses that he is driving followed by police and he will call us back. He never called back and finally after hours we able to get hold of and he blatantly **** and said he did not see the wallet on his back sit. What is the saddest is that Taxify don't have customer service office to call for queries.
