Lost Phone: No Assistance from Bolt Support

I took a ride in one of your vehicles on the 6th of December 2019 where i dropped my phone in the front seat. I have been emailing (I gave all the details of the ride including the name of the driver Mzwandile Sithole) Bolt Support since the 9th of December and was told they have sent texts to the driver yet no response has come back to me. Please assist as a matter of urgency.
