Lost Phone in Taxify Cab - Driver Claims to not have seen phone

Hi Taxify,

Please help,

While my girlfriend was in a taxify cab, she dropped her phone. And was not aware for about ten minutes after the trip. Then when my girlfriend realised that she cound not find the phone. She called the driver to have a look.

And the driver said he cannot find the phone simply becoz he had another trip immediately after. The phone rand for some time but subsequently it has stopped ringing.

We have asked the driver to give us the trip sheet, or trip details as proof that he did pick up other people immediately after us. He has not been able to furnish with the requested information.
