Lost my phone to a Taxify driver who has now switched off my phone.

on friday night i requested a ride from taxify, a guy by the name of Bonginkosi Ntuli drove me from Naturena to Bellavista at 23:20, when i was taking out money to pay for my ride i forgot my phone on the seat. I immediately called my phone as soon as got into the house but it just rang the whole night. on Saturday morning i furthermore called this time it rang once then went straight to voicemail, so i am asking that i be given Bonginkosi's contact details or taxify contact him and ask to bring back cellphone. I am really unhappy about all this as I reported and nothing has been done about this whole matter.
