Lost item not retrieved from Taxify

I lost a cellphone in one of the drivers cars. I remember his name,face,registration number and car model. Emailed taxify as soon as I could. Called in the morning to now answer and emailed again. Haven't gotten a response since. I'm really dissapointed and upset.

My fully charged phone was switched off when i tried to call it 5 minutes afterwards
