Lost item

My sister requested taxify for me on the 8 Sep 2020 at around 19:45 as the trip was suppose to start he was like he can't drive to tembisa he doesn't have petrol and I was like to him so why didnt you not take the trip then and he said he thought I was paying with cash and I asked him to take me back to my gate because I didn't have my payment on was a card payment. I only found out when I got in my house that I lost an item in the card and I emailed immediately to the bolt team but , they refuse to connect me with the drive though I tell them that I got his picture...... I really don't trust the taxify drivers any more...... Please guys help me find this guy His name is Itami Shakeson I can send his picture of it's ok he is from Pretoria
