Lost item

I have recently requested a bolt to work, and I forgot to take my purse, as I got into the office I realized that my purse was not in my bag, however I have tried several times to contact the driver but he have declined my calls on several occasions, I have reported him to Bolt.. They are so pathetic they couldn't assist me in this matter.. This service is the worst ever... They are telling ne that they are not liable for any lost items, I have lost R1000, my ID and important cards..Bolt refuses to help me!
