Lost cellphone

I had a very terrible service with bolt yesterday.

I had forgotten my cellphone in the car of one of the drivers and attempted to call the driver the whole tome with no success. I then went on to report it to Bolt itself and they informed me that there was nothing they could do as the driver in the profile and the driver who picked me up are two different people.

I would like some assistance to this query as this is very unprofessional of them
