Is taxify a game or a business?

<p>Taxify durban. What a mockery.... of a taxi service. </p> <p>Really .....sent in two reviews of my rides yesterday and no one has responded. I expect reimbur*****t of the money I paid after the aweful service I received. I have never experienced anything like that from other meter cabs... do u recruit Jhb ppl to come work for u in dbn people who dont know where the entrance of a hospital is and as sick as you are at night you have to go and meet the cab? Not to mention the one guy who made me wait 14 min for a 4min cab and ended up dropping my call when I wanted to explain where axactly I am. I'm shocked and will be telling anyone who will listen about your game or toy of a company...</p>
