Irritating pricing issues.

I am very unhappy with the service that bolt is rendering whilst promos are activated the drivers concerned disregard the very same promos creating confusion and frustration if bolt is tired may they step down please cause they are failing us as customers we are victimised by the drivers who demand a full fare whilst the app is saying something else.
