Irresponsible, Disrespectful Driver

Hi,

I have attached screenshots of the complaint I sent to bolt on their "Support Chat" I have yet to receive any feedback from the consultant supposedly assigned to assist me. I would think that communicating via a chat would mean instant feedback clearly not.
