involved in accident with taxify no communication after and i am injured.

i was involved in an accident while I was being transported by taxify, from the scene I was rushed to hospital and till today no one has bothered to communicate with me in this regard, I do not have the contact number for the taxify driver all I know is his name Cedric, the accident happened on the 14/11/2018@07:55 at corner William Nicole and Broadacres, I would like someone to get in touch with me urgently as I am injured. the driver took my numbers and yet he has never checked on how I am doing, what kind of a service is this.
