Involved in accident with taxify no communication after almost 8 months

Hi, I had been involved in an accident with taxify on the 10 of march this year along with my sister and girlfriend . And to date no one has contacted us in regards to the accident. We have been injured and had to cover all bills by ourselves. I had broke my right leg in two places and dislocated my right shoulder.

The driver of the car did not really care about what happened to us as he skipped the red robot and smashed into 2 other cars. The driver did not have any client insurance and was able to transport customers around which is not allowed the the company (Taxify).

Please could someone contact me on ********** 502 with regards in taking legal action against Taxify.
