****ING TAXIFY/BOLT/DRIVER NIYAAZ

Last night i took a Bolt service from Strandfontein to Blouberg, this was an evening trip after sunset. a driver by the name of Niyaaz picked me up. When i got home to get out my hands where full and carrying my sleeping child. i took everything but forgot my cellphone Samsung S10+. I tried calling the driver his phone was disconnected , i added him on whatsapp he then responded spinning so many stories when i told him my phone was left in the car. First was im driving , then people in the car, then im stopping . but as a service should he not have checked when i got out of the car, i still went back to give more money. after calling him multiple times he did not answer his phone but was chatting on his phone, HOW COULD HE NOT ANSWER, I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE AND TO FLIPPING TAXIFY THERE SERVICE IS NOT ****ING SAFE AT ALL....
