Incorrect charges

I got a promo, for a discount of R100 on my first card payment and I accepted the promo.. Used my card and immediately after requesting a ride, R100 was deducted from ny account and after my ride another R19. 99 was taken.

I enjoyed the ride as all my other rides but this is really upsetting me, please give me back my R100.
