Incorrect billing, bad service

I ordered a cab from work to my place , I usually pay between 150 and 170 using the same app just a different number . I have receipts showing the amounts . However last night I was charged double the amount I normally pay 230 . Apparently reason for this is because of shortage of cars . Which is ridiculous. Besides that the drive asked if I know , I ignored him coz that is **** . I put a query with them I was told I have no credits due . How is that possible
