Incorrect amount billed

On Saturday 04 Jan 2020 my son used Taxify to travel from Greenstone Hill to Sandton, on request of the trip the cost of the trip was supposed to be R80.00. But the driver Sibusiso did not end the trip after dropping off my son, I was shocked when R1 046.00 was debited from my account. This is very disappointing because the driver took advantage of a young person. I send emails to the customer service but no response. I want my money back this driver cannot **** me and get away with it. Taxify drivers are big ********.
