I'm so disappointed ...

I'm so disappointed by the driver who I sent to drop my niece he ****** her money ..I pay with a card but when they arrive at the destination he ask her to pay again ,and she was charged R150 and the trip was R157 ..I tried to get hold of the driver he doesn't pick up ..I have a screen short of his details though..I'm so disappointed I've been using Bolt for so long and I've never experienced such cruelty!!
