I'm livid ?. I want my money back or I'm out!!!!

Ordered a ride this morning and I saw the driver make a u- turn driving away from me to a destination I didn't even request. I saw him!!!! Was waiting in the ****ing cold for him! He continued the trip alone and charged me R42 for a trip I never took. Taxify is always doing shady ****. I want my money bac**** You also don't reply to customer service. I am a student!!!! I'm already broke. Driver ignored my phone calls too. I'm livid ? ??????
