******* Deductions By Taxify & NO Reply & refund

I had promo codes for taxify - each to the value of R150. On the first of January 2019 I took a trip and app**** my code. The estimated cost of the trip was R160.52 which means the difference I had to pay in would be R10.52 however, Taxify debited my bank account for R426. I contacted their support centre and was advused that I would get a refund. It has been more than 14 working days and I have not received my refund and taxify has stopped responding to my messages via the support centre.
