If you care about your life, don't use Taxify.

So on the 29th June 2018 I requested taxify from gateway, Umhlanga to KwaMashu and my driver was Slindokuhle. He picked us up at the drop off zone in gateway, it was my 1 friend and I. When wen entered the vehicle he was on his cellphone to his girlfriend, we came in greeted and off we drove. He told his girlfriend to call him back as soon as she is done which she did as soon as we entered KwaMashu. We were passing a dark alley where the driver stopped the car and swore at my friend and I and asked us very rudely to jump off the car. When I said but we haven't reached our destination and we won't pay if you don't leave us at our requested venue, he said he doesn't care we must go. We ran so fast to the nearest clinic where we found shelter and stayed there with the security guards until help came for us. I did rate the driver 1 star and explained what happened but no one from taxify bothered to call instead this morning they're emailing me to pay for the trip. The nerve of taxify, they don't care about their customers at all, I have since deleted the app and I will never ever use Taxify again. I would also like to say I WILL NOT PAY FOR THAT TRIP THAT ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE.
