I want my refund

Yesterday we requested from 80 Anton lembede street to Rutherford street but the driver didn't show up and the trip was still charging on the card R43 was gone the last time I checked ,I called the guy and he said he took the wrong people on a wrkg address clearly he was lying because he saw we used a card to pay , and he took advantage ,and later the address was changed by him .and he didn't show up but the money was gone I want a refund.
