I want my phone back Mthoko from Durban

I requested for Texify on Sunday morning I then asked the driver to use his charger when I dropped off I forgot my phone in the driver's car. The very same moment I realized it, I tried to run after the car but he never stopped and I asked someone to use their phone and dialled my number since I couldn't call the driver without the application, it went straight to voicemail. I called customer service and they gave me last dialled number and was able to call him however his number goes to voicemail as well. I have sent him whats-app messages to my surprise he is responding to whats-app messages but when calling both the numbers goes to voicemail. and the person I was chatting to said he is Mthoko however the guy who drives Texify is Khetho well he is using his details on Texify profile of which I didn't understand. because both this numbers are registered on his name. And he assured me to that he will ask him to call me. I waited and waited for the call until he called and claimed he never seen the phone after dropping me off he got another request and he also went to a car but he never seen the phone maybe it fell down other passengers picked it up.

I'm so disappointed with this nonsense service I have received from Texify drivers and I also sent them complain on email but they didn't respond. He is not getting away with this I want my phone back.
