I want my money back

I am very angry I got charged for someone else's trip. I am so disappointed my friend and I took a taxify where we had a promotion of R100 off and our ride was from 17 Hawthorne Crescent, Belhar to 12 Tradouw Street, Belhar it stipulated that we would pay R0 then the next day a R52.26 goes off from my account the driver never ended my trip and I paid for someone else's trip I want my money back. The driver said he reported it and my money would be paid back I still haven't received anything and why don't the company have a working phone number?
