I stay in a complex and every time i request i put a note that the driver must come in the complex as im disabled but every time they wait at the gate they dont answer their phones i have to go to the gate because bolt will charge extra for waiting dispute the fact that going to the gate for me takes time because of my disability i am a regular user of the service but every time the pick up time is rediculas i think its because i pay with my card and they change drivers like they're changing underwear when finally i get to the gate only to find out that the driver has been changed i have to wait few more minutes its not fair
