I Prefer Uber.

<p>So i downloaded the taxify service wanting to use it as a first time rider you are told that you recieve a free ride the app isn't straightforward or user friendly ,that "free ride" i have not recieved....i sent out my promo code in hopes to maybe gain some free rides ,my brother had downloaded the app and used the service using my promo code and he had recieved his free ride,even then i still hadn't gotten anything,so i decided to e-mail my complaints about my dissatisfied experiences with the service,this was on the 30th of January....only now did i recieve a brief e-mail with an appology and i was told to go and enter the promo code to"see if i have been credited" to top it off my first time ever using taxify and the rider shows up with a car that had a side smash and this was not a dent....whenever i have had any squabble with Uber they credit me no matter the issue and their response is within 24 to 48 hours .......taxify takes a month and a half ....personally I'll stick to Uber thanks.</p>
