I forgot my cooler bag with drinks in the boot of taxify car

on the 7th September 2019 around about 9h45 in the morning I used taxify and the driver name was Sipho who was driving a white Hyndai accent, I forgot my black cooler bag in the boot of the car which had drinks, I tried calling him several times but his phone was off, left messages in the app, I got feedback from the head office that he was notified to return my item back to me but even today I haven't got my item. this is just not good for business.
