I DONT TRUST TAXIFY

So today I sent my son and the nanny with Taxify. While watching the route the driver is driving, he drives off route. I immediately called the nanny and the nanny didnt know where she was. I spoke to the driver and he advised me that his picking up another client while having my child and the nanny in the car. I know this is not allowed with Taxify. I dont understand why the driver would do this. This means that this client was driving on my expense. The driver named Uzair even took the money from the nanny. I dont trust taxify anymore, cause I was stressing as a mother seeing this driver go off route and Im at work. He even told me that its just a little girl that he is picking up that is going the same route as my son. I really dont care what route this little girl is going on, but when I pay for a service, I want things to be done properly. In the world that we living today we cant trust anyone and taxify made me lose trust in them.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL FOR USING TAXIFY
