How can this be justified.

Please could someone explain this to me? My husband has been driving for Taxify since February of this year. He was a 5 star driver and went from driving a rented car to eventually purchasing his own car. Here is where things go wrong...after being a reliable taxify driver for over 6 months, your company has now decided to do ******** backround checks which is all very well however, his report came back with no ******** activity however possible "illicit activity" and then you blocked his account...just like that with no questions asked. The "illicit activity" that the report is referring to was a court appearance for a traffic fine which he did attent and the fine was squashed. The reason it is showing up in the report is due to the incompetence of the people working with these documents and they have not taken it off the 'system'. Now my husband cannot afford to pay his car repayment loan nevermind anything else. How is this fair? Now the waiting period is 6 weeks for them to 'figure this out' . 6 weeks of not being able to work with a car that cant be paid or insurred due to lack of income. When you, Taxify, registered him on the system and let him drive clients around before doing any backround checks,you didnt have a problem then, now that you guys have gotten a bit busier and are getting worried of possible lawsuits you now decide to do this. How can this be fair? How can this be just? If anyone reads this and they can assist me somehow..please do...im close to a point where i am also looking at his legal rights in this matter.
