House keys left in taxify 3 days ago still no response or feedback

My son's house keys fell off into the Taxify on Friday 05/10/2018 at around 20h30. The Taxify driver contacted my son advising that he is too far from the location and will drop off the keys the next morning being 06/10/2018. We have since been trying to recover the keys and have left many messages on the taxify support app together with an email, yet still to date on 08/10/2018, we have still not had any feedback. The urgency regarding this matter seems to go unseen from the side of taxify and non responsiveness is very annoying.
