Horrific taxify

On Saturday the 7th of April R100 was debited on my account taxify of which I don't know what was it for. I emailed taxify to enquire and had no response. On the same day my sister got a free ride worth R150 after her trip I was the charged R75 on top which I suspect the driver prolonged the trip. I emailed taxify again and there was no response. Monday 9th I tried calling their office I was put on hold for more than an hour. Will you please help
