HORRIFIC SERVICE

On the 1st march i requested a ride with taxify , the driver took very long to come but mind you taxify debited R100 from my account before the driver even arrived. On the 3March 2018 I requested 4 taxify rides of which not one of the drivers pitched and they were VERY Rude even telling me to cancel the rides as they are not going to pitch, again a R100 was debited from my account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THIS IS THE MOST HORRIFIC SERVICE EVER. Worst of all, they dont even have a number that you can call them on. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. Can someone call me back so I can get my money back?!
