Horrific service

My driver showed up in a completely different vehicle to the one registered on taxify. The car was damaged and bumper falling off. He almost seemed as if he were drunk- driving at very high speeds, not driving between lines on the road, driving through red robots. He was also constantly on his phone through the entire trip and told me not to use the the app when I want to go home but to call him directly. I wrote a review on the app but I have not received a response as yet. This is definitely my first and last time using taxify.
