Horrific Bolt vehicles

Surely someone should be checking and approving the vehicles used of the Bolt drivers, I mean really, you are transporting passengers that are paying crazy amounts to travel somewhere, but the vehicles are in an absolute horrific condition.... And not to mention the some of the drivers... Some of them think its a Kayalami racetrack or its a race to get you to your destination.... If you rate your ride and complain, nothing gets done about it either, no feedback to say sorry for your inconvenience or your horrible experience on your trip, its just a "thank you for your feedback" , thats it......... Someone is gonna get killed in these cars and then it will be to late to say sorry....
