Horrible Taxify experiences

I have had the worst 2 consecutive rides on Taxify. One was on Sunday night, the other a couple of minutes ago. I am a female student who studies on campus and travels late at night via Uber or Taxify. Taxify has been loyal til these two previous rides. Both drivers were inexplicably vulgar and violent. As a female, I feel more violated and afraid. I have sent a complaint to Taxify via the app and there has been no assistance. Tonight , the driver was drinking and smoking and had another passanger with him in the vehicle. I fear for other young girls who travel at night. I'm extremely disappointed.
