Horrible service from a driver

<p>So I waited 15 minutes for a driver to arrive even though the app said he had arrived. When he did arrive, his car was dirty. Sure it was raining but the carpets looked like they hadn't been dusted fit weeks. Then on arrival the driver told me that he didn't have petrol and asked me to switch to cash payment. I told him I didn't carry cash. He then proceeded to cancel the trip citing that I hadn't showed up for the trip. What's worse is that you can't even report the driver on the app.</p>
