Horrible service

Hi My name is Charlotte Les****. On the 5th of June i requested Taxify for my husband he was then given a driver called Siphiwe, i made a payment via card and my husband then gave him cash not knowing that i paid. So then from my card they took R177.00 and my husband paid R160.00 then later i then asked my asked how was his trip he then tells me that its okay and paid the driver r160. I then called the driver to ask why did he take the cash he then said oh sorry it was a mistake he then said he will e-wallet me the money so i reported this this day they haven't bothered to call me or give me any feedback. i have always used their services and have never complained but on this case they so unprofessional like their driver. i cant believe such service its a disgrace
