Horrible service

Booked a ride last week friday, requested using my bank card and during the ride driver claims that the system is not excepting debits they only take cash, and my debit will not go through and i paid Nkosinathi cash R90 later on my debit for R90 went through tried to contact the and he gave me a run around contacted taxify regarding the issue but was told the driver says he didnot take the money..called the driver again and he recognised my dispute but his still giving me a run around ..This such a disappointment for such a huge service to state that me as a customer im lying is sad??????????????
