horrible experience

<p>I uploaded my credit card on the app and received a R1.00 test sms saying my card was successful...I then request a trip and was told it's cash so I said to the driver that I am abit confused and so on and he started to get aggressive. I then agreed to do a e-wallet/cash send to avoid any mishaps. So on the jouney the driver took the longest route that costed me 255 from kempton to midrand when kensington to midrand costs 255 as well secondly he pulled over after me saying that I'm late to urinate on the road in peak traffic and without covering himself, embarrassing me to the max. He didn't ask any questions like would you like the a/c on and if he could pul***** or anything to that effect. when we got to my work place I was so disgusted I just walked out and said I am going to write an email to taxify because this isn't what I'm paying for. He then refused to leave my work place and stopped a director of my company at the gate and shouting at her and describing me in a very inappropriate way to her as per what the security guard relayed to me. Because of the drama I paid him and he said Thank you and swore me by saying f you...how do you employ drivers of such nature, how do you ensure our safety...this is absolutely not on. another driver I paid in advance to ensure he's at my door first thing in the morning last week Monday disappeared with my money and refuses to answe calls. I am disgusted.</p>
