Horrible!!!!!

I would not recommend this to any one. Bolt might be cheaper, but has the worst service. Also has the worst security for your Credit Card. Every time I link my card I get unknown charges which you don’t get refunded for. All you’re offered is a coupon which you never receive. Some of the drivers a sneaky and start trips way before the get to you and you can’t even end these trips until the driver decides he has had enough. The time it takes for them to get back to you is appauling long. This is just a horrible app all round. As a rider, you feel so helpless when you have an issue.
